Due Diligence for a 100 Site Portfolio
Earth Science provided due diligence services, including preparation of environmental site assessments and asbestos survey reports in support of the acquisition of over 100 commercial properties located throughout the northeast and southeast.
Former Oil Field and Landfill Remediation
Earth Science provided environmental site assessment, volatile organic compound (VOC) air monitoring, and soil remediation services in support of a multifamily residential reconstruction project.
Superfund Site Remediation
Earth Science provided large-scale soil remediation services at a former Marine Corps Air Station and Superfund Site impacted by petroleum hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, and heavy metals.
Potentially Responsible Party Review
Earth Science provided litigation support services, including the preparation of a potentially responsible party report to evaluate potential sources of chlorinated solvent contamination impacting a drinking water supply well.
